We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1499.

We ship orders throughout India.

All our candles are made to order and freshly poured to ensure the best quality. Orders are generally delivered within 10 to 12 days. If you need your order sooner, please message us on WhatsApp or contact us at +91 9999323210.

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for courier delays caused by loss in transit.  Orders are dispatched from New Delhi, India.

Please note that all our candles are made to order. 

Returns & Exchanges

Since all our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition. 

However, if the product delivered is damaged or defected on delivery, or the product delivered is different from the one you have ordered, please contact us on hello@cocoatelier.in and we would be happy to assist you and resolve any issue. 

In case of any damage or breakage during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for any replacement or resolution, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video should be taken in a single shot from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the condition of the contents.

Reports submitted after 24 hours of delivery, or without proper unboxing documentation, may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, record a video while unboxing and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

A Note on Summer Care

Our candles are handcrafted using 100% pure soy wax, which is known for its clean burn and natural charm. During peak summer months (May–June), we slightly reduce the fragrance load to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition, despite high temperatures in Delhi. If you notice a few droplets on the surface, don’t worry—it’s completely natural and temporary. Just blot gently and place your candle in a cool spot; it will return to normal in no time. This is called candle sweating and is often a sign that your candle has been crafted with pure soy wax!
